Marin Family Action and Families Fighting Foreclosure under the direction of Manny Fernandez is doing an amazing job of holding the mortgage wolves at Bay. Approximately 36 homes are still in the hands of the families — NOT the lenders or, worse, those that do not hold the note but who “service the loan.”
We focus on goal-oriented outcomes designed to increase financial stability for Marin's families. The process begins with financial literacy seminars and includes credit repair with a view towards home ownership.
